A cheap PLCC-adapter to program PLCC EPROMS
I made use of (cheap) STANDARD PLCC sockets, NO ZIF version!!!! For occasional use OK, removal with a special extraction tool. (a.o. from Conrad / Germany: order code is 14 94 70 PLCC Tool Price indication about 10 U.S. dollar or Euro) I made 2 versions: one for 2764 / 27128 / 27256 / 27512 eproms. and one for 27C010 / 27C020 / 27C040 eprom versions A set of CAD layout files in PDF How to assemble the sandwich construction - photograph And there it sits on top of the ZIF socket - photograph |
